Wedding Photography at the National Trust Sudbury Hall

Julie and David are a wonderful couple, and the weather was just right. Sometimes it is a real pleasure to be a Wedding Photographer, and this was one of those weddings that make it so....

Sudbury Hall looked stunning under a mackerel sky. There was a slight problem in that the top of the building from the front was submerged by scaffolding, but a bit of time in Photoshop soon put that right! This is a page from Julie and Steven's album, a copy of which is on display at Sudbury as part of their wedding promotion collection.

This is Inspector Morse's Jaguar, as connoisseurs of the detective series will no doubt recognise!

Wedding Photography at Tutbury Castle

Gary and Jo married at Tutbury Church on this brilliant hot day in July. The sky was cloudless, the couple lovely, the bridesmaids amazing. Everyone had a great time.

Wedding Photography at Abbots Bromley and the Meynell Ingram Arms

Jo and Rob are a delightful couple, with a lovely little boy. They chose to tie the knot at St Nicholas Church in Abbots Bromley. The weather was pleasant but showery, and we spent some time dodging the rain to get the photos we wanted.

We've known Jo for many years, and her parents actually provided the same Horse and Carriage at our wedding as they did here, for Jo's!

Interestingly, the Staffordshire Way runs right through the churchyard, lending itself to some attractive picture opportunities.

This was the horse's last outing pulling a carriage before being put out to pasture - leading to tearful farewell at the half-way point as Jo switched to a Rolls-Royce for the rest of the journey.
